Return & Refund Policy

Thank you for your purchase. Please note that due to the commercial nature of our relationship, this policy only applies to damaged or faulty items.

How to Start a Return

You will need to provide your order number and clear photos of the damaged or faulty item.

We will review your request and aim to respond within 7 working days to provide you with instructions for the next steps. Please do not send items back to us without prior authorization.

Refunds or Replacements

Once we have received and inspected the returned item, we will notify you of the status of your refund or replacement.

If approved, we will process a refund to your original payment method or arrange for a replacement to be sent, depending on the situation and our policy.

Non-Returnable Items

We cannot accept returns for items that are not damaged or faulty. All sales are final unless an item is defective.
